Ennoble First is seeking a Mid-Level Dev Sec Ops  Engineer to support an Intelligence Community customer in Gaithersburg, Maryland. This hands-on role supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure development and deployment pipelines for mission-critical GEOINT systems.

The Dev Sec Ops  Engineer will integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle while supporting CI/CD automation, containerized applications, and cloud infrastructure within classified and unclassified environments. This position works closely with software engineers, security teams, and systems administrators to enable secure, reliable, and rapidly deployable mission capabilities.

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines supporting microservices and container-based deployments.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automated Git Lab CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and manage AWS infrastructure using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK).
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using AWS Elastic Container Service (ECS).
• Integrate AWS CDK, Git Lab, Docker, and ECS to support automated application deployments.
• Support containerized environments using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Open Shift.
• Manage and monitor infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
• Support secure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of AWS, Azure, or similar cloud environments.
• Integrate security tools and best practices into development workflows, including static and dynamic code analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to harden environments and secure cloud-native architectures.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving builds, deployments, pipelines, and system performance.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and support compliance activities aligned with RMF, DISA STIGs, and related security frameworks.
• Document configurations and contribute to continuous improvement of Dev Sec Ops  processes and tooling.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 2–6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated Git Lab CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Power Shell.
• Experience using Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or similar tools.
• Experience working within AWS, Azure, or similar cloud environments.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and managing AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application environments.
• Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting containerized applications using AWS ECS.
