Slate is seeking a Staff Dev Ops Engineer to design and operate our hybrid Kubernetes platform across AWS and on‑prem clusters. You will own reference architecture for provisioning, observability, security and cost discipline, and lead on‑call practices.
This hands‑on role requires deep AWS, Kubernetes, Python and IaC experience, plus the ability to drive architecture across teams without formal authority; you will mentor others and write runbooks for smooth operations.
