Location: Spokane, WA (Local candidates preferred)
Key Requirements & Skill Set- Experience: 8-12+ years in the IT industry, with specific hands-on experience leading Service Now platform implementations within large-scale, multi-tier production environments.
- Core Expertise: End-to-end ITOM implementation, domain architecture, and customization guidance.
Skills:
Certifications:
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Discovery, Service Mapping, or related ITOM tracks.
- Validate incoming requirements, identify discrepancies, and design technical solutions following platform best practices.
- Provide domain architecture oversight and lead technical delivery across all ITOM modules.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and mentor developers on implementation details.
- Ensure data accuracy, feasibility, and alignment across the CMDB and ITOM footprint.
