• Join Kutak Rock, LLP Spokane office Real Estate, Corporate and Municipal practice. The ideal candidate will have interest in developing their knowledge and skills in complex business, real estate and asset-based finance transactions; specialty finance transactions; real estate development and leasing; comprehensive municipal issues; and energy. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and to represent sophisticated clients across these practice areas on nationally and regionally significant matters.
  
  Associates will develop direct client relationships and engage with decision-makers on impactful matters, fostering professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Salary Range: $125,000-$160,000 base, per year, commensurate with education and experience
