Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Northwest Office. The Associate Attorney will play a pivotal role in advocating for our clients’ rights and delivering outstanding legal services.
The Northwest Office, which opened in 2025, is led by three former senior Department of Justice officials and focuses on the following practice areas:
- Whistle blower and False Claims Act
- Personal Injury
- Mass Torts
- Sexual and Human Trafficking
- Wildfire Litigation
- Employment Law

This position will be based in Spokane, Washington.
Salary: $100,000-$150,000 annually
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery, taking, and defending depositions, and analyzing complex documents.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and complex motions.
- Perform legal research.
- Make court appearances as necessary.
- Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Washington required
- At least one year of experience in litigation. Experience as a plaintiff’s attorney and/or prosecutorial or criminal defense experience preferred
- Detail oriented and organized, be a team player, be reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing a high volume of time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
- This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
