As a General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of store performance — from daily operations, compliance, and financial reporting to team development and customer engagement. You’ll set the tone for excellence, drive growth through data‑driven decision‑making, and create a culture where people take pride in their work and deliver exceptional results every day.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed operational and financial goals.
  • Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and coach Assistant GMs, preparing them for future leadership roles.
  • Collaborate with corporate and cross‑functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure safety, consistency, and excellence in every facet of operations.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in multi‑functional retail management with direct supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting.
  • A high level of integrity, personal motivation, adaptability, and sense of urgency.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
  • Previous retail, sales and/or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
