Raptor Rooter & Plumbing, a well-established company in Spokane Valley, Washington, is currently seeking a full-time Plumber Manager to provide leadership to our team of plumbing technicians. We offer a salary of $90,000 - $130,000/year and generous benefits

This full-time role will generally adhere to standard business hours, with some flexibility to support a 24/7 emergency service operation and the needs of the team. This includes being available by phone on weekends until 10:00 pm.

• 5+ years of experience as a service plumber
• 2+ years of management experience
• 2+ years of business school education
• PL02 certification
• Ability to identify training needs and develop training programs
• Ability to set standards and conduct performance reviews
• Ability to meet revenue targets and identify new streams of income
• Ability to professionally handle customer complaints
• Service Titan proficiency
• Valid driver's license
• High school degree or equivalent
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, persistent, and a self‑starter mentality
• Willingness to learn more

• PL01 certification
• Journeyman license

As the Plumber Manager, you'll guide and mentor service technicians, helpers, and customer service reps. You'll address technical questions and assist in resolving on‑the‑job challenges to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. You'll demonstrate your commitment to team development by dedicating one day each month to field‑based training and leading weekly technical and sales training. Your role will also involve overseeing performance by providing constructive feedback, setting performance standards, and monitoring team metrics to support coaching and growth.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential as you foster a positive and collaborative work environment. You'll work closely with the business manager to identify equipment needs, manage procurement processes, and help develop and implement company policies and procedures. On the administrative side, you'll review Service Titan data and invoices to ensure pricing accuracy, identify discrepancies, and look for opportunities to expand services.
