Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the daily Production operations of our crews.
• Help delegate job assignments to team members and personnel.
• Assist in communicating with crews when problems arise.
• Communicate with customers as needed.
• Inspect all materials and equipment going out.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Opportunity for overtime.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of a Production Assistant include standing, walking, and occasional lifting of materials. The role involves moderate physical exertion, but the primary focus is on organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks under time pressure.
