Production Associate Swing Shift

Job Details

Base Pay Starting at $20.50 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift differential for Swing Shift

Shifts: Swing shift, 5:30 pm - 3:30 am, Monday‑Thursday, Fridays as needed

• Assemble windows for customers by measuring and using hand tools, saws, punches, and drills
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and use safe work practices on all projects
• Assist production and be open to cross‑training
• Comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements

Work Experience

• 1‑2 years’ experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or construction (preferred)

Skills & Knowledge

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment and maintain quality standards
• Commitment to safety on a daily basis
• Willingness to learn, excellent attendance, and a can‑do attitude
• Reading a tape measure is required
• Apply concepts to practical situations
• Read, write, and communicate in English at a level sufficient to perform job functions

• Bend, twist, squat, reach, grasp, stand, walk, and perform fine manipulation with fingers
• Lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Near‑field vision: close, distance, peripheral, color and depth differentiation
• Exposed to excessive noise, dust, fumes, or chemicals on the shop floor
• Intermittently exposed to inclement weather
• Work overtime as needed
• Work in various departments
