As a Cartridge Filling Machine Operator, you'll play a hands‑on role in producing clean, consistent, high‑quality vape cartridges and concentrate products. You’ll operate our Shark filling machine, work closely with concentrates, and help keep one of the state’s top cannabis product lines running smoothly.

• Operate the Shark filling machine to produce vape cartridges, pods, syringes, and dab products.
• Set machine parameters, calibrations, and temperatures for ideal fills.
• Load cannabis oils, distillates, and concentrates safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production quality and troubleshoot minor issues to keep workflow steady.
• Keep accurate records, batch logs, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with state regulations.

You don’t need cannabis industry experience—just reliability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy working with equipment, like hands‑on tasks, and want a job where your work makes a clear impact, this role is a great fit.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment.
• Detail‑focused, consistent, and reliable.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass all required background checks.

• Experience operating automated machinery.
• Familiarity with cannabis oils, distillates, or concentrate textures.
• Experience with Shark machines or similar filling equipment.
• Experience in licensed cannabis production or METRC tracking.

• Starting pay: $16.66/hr
