Production Associate Swing Shift

Job Details

Base Pay Starting at $20.50 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift differential for Swing Shift.

Shifts:

Swing shift, 5:30 pm - 3:30 am, Monday‑Thursday, Fridays as needed.

• Assemble windows for customers by measuring and using hand tools, saws, punches and drills.
• Maintain a safe/clean work environment and utilize safe work practices in all job projects.
• Assist production and be open to cross‑training.
• Comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 1‑2 years’ experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse or construction experience preferred.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced production environment and be quality conscious.
• Daily commitment to safety.
• Willingness to work and learn with an excellent attendance record and a can‑do attitude.
• Reading a tape measure is required.
• Ability to apply concepts to practical situations.
• Read, write and communicate in English.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

• Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, grasp, stand, walk, and perform fine manipulation with fingers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously below shoulder height and above waist.
• Vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, color and depth differentiation.
• Exposure to excessive noise, dust, fumes or chemicals on the shop floor.
• Intermittent exposure to inclement weather.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Work in various departments.
