As a Machinist at Solstice you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest quality. You will report to an ISC Production Supervisor and work onsite at our Spokane, Washington Plant. In this role you will maintain your work area for safe and efficient operations, set up and monitor production, and participate in continuous improvement activities to improve safety, production, and quality.

• Operate assigned equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Support the Solstice Operating System.
• Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness.
• Comply with all safety rules.
• Record and report production data.
• Analyze data and production reports.
• Set up and change over equipment.

• Monday - Thursday 5:00 pm - 3:30 am
• Monday - Thursday 11:00 pm - 5:00 am
• Friday - Sunday 5:00 pm to 5:00 am

$25.50 per hour plus shift differential ($1.50 - $7 depending on shift). The actual base salary will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

• High School Diploma OR GED.
• Ability to analyze information and concepts.
• Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity.
