Job Description

As a Machine Operator here at Solstice you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest quality products are provided to our customers. You will report to one of the ISC Production Supervisors and will work onsite in our Spokane, Washington plant. In this role you will be responsible for your work area to ensure safe and efficient operations, set up and monitor the production of products in your area, and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate assigned equipment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Support the Solstice Operating System.
  • Maintain the work area for operation and cleanliness.
  • Comply with all safety rules.
  • Record and report production data.
  • Analyze data and production reports.
  • Set up and change over equipment.
Shift Hours
  • Monday - Thursday: 5:00 pm – 3:30 am
  • Monday - Thursday: 11:00 pm – 5:00 am
  • Friday - Sunday: 5:00 pm – 5:00 am

Salary Range
: $25.50 per hour plus shift differential ($1.50 – $7 depending on shift). The actual base salary will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

  • Ability to collaborate with others and work independently.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to troubleshoot when necessary.
