Area Specialist I (CMO Area Specialist)

Full‑time, On‑site

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective day‑to‑day leadership and oversight for small groups of 5–25 team members.
• Schedule team members to achieve target turnaround times and meet production schedule.
• Act as area SME for SOP updates and proposed equipment/process changes.
• Partner with training peers to drive training of team members.
• Spend 50% of production day in manufacturing areas driving teams and building rapport.
• Coordinate required activities with other departments to ensure completion of production schedule.
• Participate in RCAs, CAPAs, Change Controls and other process improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• 2 years manufacturing experience (required).
• Lean principle certifications (6 Sigma or otherwise) (desired).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (required).
• SAP experience (required).
• Trackwise and Master Control experience (required).
• Respirator Clearance (required).

Compensation:

• Area Specialist I: $38/hr (depending on experience) with opportunities for growth and annual raises.
• Shift differential pay available.
• Weekday Day Shift 12 hrs.
• Weekday Night Shift 12 hrs.
• Weekend Day Shift 12 hrs.
• Weekend Night Shift 12 hrs.
