** OBJECTIVE:
** The Label Control Coordinator is responsible for managing the release of product labels to Production, as well as reconciliation of label quantities, in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
*
* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Control the approval and distribution process for labels to Production, adhering to company procedures.
* Inventory control for labels, ensuring correct count for labels used and labels in stock.
* Ensure correct inventory in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) information system.
* Create and distribute paperwork packets for Production and Mixing.
* Assist with Quality Control Technician duties as needed.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, QSR’s, ISO 9000, OSHA and all other regulatory requirements, in accordance with company policy.
* Adhere to company safety requirements.
* Regular attendance.
* Other duties as assigned.

* MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

*** High school graduate or equivalent.
* Ability to follow written and oral instruction.
* Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
* Ability to prioritize tasks to meet established timelines.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Good organizational skills.
* Experience in a FDA regulated manufacturing facility preferred.
* Knowledge of GMP regulations.

* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

*** Frequently required to talk and hear.
* Frequently required to stand and walk.
* Occasionally required to bend at waist.
* Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
* Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
* Vision ability including close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
