Location: Spokane Valley, WA
We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Topicals Processor to join our production team in Spokane Valley, WA
! In this role, you’ll help craft high-quality topical products, maintain organized inventory, and ensure every batch meets our strict quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a sharp eye for detail, and want to be part of an innovative and fast-growing company, we’d love to meet you.
- Measure, mix, and process ingredients for large-scale topical product batches.
- Follow precise formulas and ensure consistency in every product made.
- Track, monitor, and replenish inventory to maintain smooth production flow.
- Prepare, portion, label, and package finished products for store distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, usage, and product data.
- Clean and sanitize all tools and equipment using pure ethanol.
- Coordinate with management and other departments on order updates and needs.
- Support Research & Development projects as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures.
- At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED
. - Dependable, organized, and comfortable working both independently and with a team.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking systems (Bamboo experience a plus).
- Previous lab, production, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Competitive pay of $17.13/hr
