As a CNC Machining Technician, you will play a vital role in our production process by programming, setting up, and operating CNC routing equipment to fabricate high-quality parts. Your technical expertise will ensure that our manufacturing operations run efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities- Program and operate CNC routers to produce precision parts according to technical blueprints and specifications.
- Perform machine setups, including tool offsets, reference points, and program verification to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, height gauges, and tape measures to verify part conformance to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Document production data and quality logs accurately to ensure continuity and clear communication across shifts.
- Operate auxiliary equipment, including band saws and grinders, and utilize forklifts to manage materials safely.
- Monitor machine cycles and detect malfunctions, escalating issues to leadership when deviations occur.
- Proven experience operating CNC routing machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Solid mathematical skills for calculating requirements and verifying part accuracy.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Current or previous forklift certification.
- Experience with computerized data entry and production management software.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
