Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations

We’re a Seattle based design, build, operate, and maintain firm focused on making buildings more efficient and sustainable. Our Modular Products team in Spokane builds systems offsite so jobsites run faster, safer, and cleaner.

• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain on a growing offsite program

• Lead daily operations, including scheduling, workforce, safety, quality, and maintenance
• Own delivery, quality, safety, and cost targets, including budgets, labor planning, and variance analysis
• Drive continuous improvement to cut waste, shorten cycle times, and raise first pass quality
• Champion safety through floor walks, incident investigations, and corrective actions
• Hire, coach, and develop a high performing production team

• 8 plus years of manufacturing or plant operations leadership, including 3 plus years running a production facility
• Strong background in lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and VSM, plus quality systems such as ISO 9001
• Proven track record managing safety programs and reducing TRIR
• Experience with ERP and MES systems, plus P&L or cost variance analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operations, or equivalent experience
