Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is a leading brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry, dedicated to beautifying bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing durable, maintenance‑free fixtures. We are looking for quality people to join our winning team.

• Research and find events and shows within our assigned territory
• Negotiate contracts with event vendors
• Book an annual calendar of events and shows
• Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators
• Schedule demonstrators to work events
• Coordinate booth and display set‑up and tear‑down
• Set appointments for in‑home consultations at events and shows
• Collect contest entries
• Follow up on contest entries and schedule them for in‑home consultations
• Measure and report results

• Strong communications skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate others
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 30 pounds

Must be available to work weekends.
