The addition of this position will allow the practice to build an inpatient Heart Failure program to complement our established outpatient service. This position will be 50% inpatient rounding and 50% outpatient.

Position Summary: Multi Care Pulse Heart Institute seeks a Heart Failure Nurse Practitioner to join our busy, well‑established and expanding practice. The role requires establishment of goals of care, collaboration with healthcare team professionals (e.g., social work, cardiac rehab staff, palliative care team), and ability to manage decompensated heart failure (or volume overload) in the outpatient clinic setting and refer to the ED when necessary.

As a provider within our physician‑governed cardiovascular institute, you’ll have the facilities, resources and talented teammates needed to excel in a patient‑centered, quality‑focused environment.

Requirements:

• Masters of Science in Nursing
• Post‑Bachelor’s Nurse Practitioner Program graduate
• Certified Nurse Practitioner exam completion through an accredited organization
• Licensed in WA as an ARNP by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association)
• ARNP experience in a Heart Failure Program or equivalent cardiovascular setting (minimum 2 years)

Pay and Benefits: Competitive salary range: $124,831 – $166,995. Pay depends on skill set, experience, certifications, and education. Union contract location will reflect appropriate pay step.
