LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – Spokane Health & Rehabilitation
Pay Range: $38.25/hr – $43.73/hr (plus shift differentials as applicable)
Schedule: Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem – Shifts 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am

- Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards, physician orders, policies, and regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and compassionately.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
- Assist with resident comfort and hygiene.
- Collect samples, monitor catheters, and provide wound care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Track vital signs and monitor health status, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Coach and mentor staff as needed.
- Current LPN license in Washington.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.
