Licensed Practical Nurse

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – Spokane Health & Rehabilitation

Pay Range: $38.25/hr – $43.73/hr (plus shift differentials as applicable)

Schedule: Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem – Shifts 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards, physician orders, policies, and regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and compassionately.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
• Assist with resident comfort and hygiene.
• Collect samples, monitor catheters, and provide wound care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Track vital signs and monitor health status, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Coach and mentor staff as needed.

• Current LPN license in Washington.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.
