Regional Nurse Consultant – Skilled Nursing (Washington State)

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 + Full Benefits

Travel: 60–70% within Washington State

A Washington State Skilled Nursing provider is seeking an experienced Regional Nurse (Regional RN Consultant) to support 8-10 Skilled Nursing Facilities across the state. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in mentoring teams, driving accountability, and elevating care quality across multiple sites.

• Provide clinical oversight and support to Directors of Nursing and facility-level care teams
• Promote consistent standards of care and regulatory compliance
• Lead with accountability while maintaining a supportive, educational approach
• Conduct frequent on-site visits across multiple facilities (heavy travel required)
• Mentor, coach, and uplift clinical leaders to drive strong team performance

• Active RN license in Washington State (WA RN)
• Extensive leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Preferably as a Director of Nursing or Regional Nurse Consultant
• Willingness and ability to travel 60–70% of the time

• Experienced Clinical Leader with deep SNF knowledge (ideally in WA)
• Uplifting, motivational manager who supports and strengthens teams
• Exceptional mentor and team builder, skilled in fostering engagement and growth
