Registered Nurse (RN) – Neuro OR

Base pay range: $41.00/hr - $77.00/hr

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join the Neuro Operating Room team at a leading regional medical center in Spokane, Washington. In this role, you will apply specialized perioperative nursing expertise to support complex neurological surgical procedures while delivering safe, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, collaborative, and committed to excellence in surgical outcomes and patient advocacy.

• Apply specialized perioperative nursing expertise to support complex neurological surgical procedures.
• Deliver safe, patient-centered care before, during, and after surgery.
• Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients for complications and intervene promptly.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
