• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health support for residents across eight skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with facility teams to create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver consistent follow-up care that improves emotional and psychological well-being
• W2 position with customizable schedule
• Base salary with uncapped compensation paid biweekly
