Charge Nurse RN – Regency Pacific Management

Join us as a Charge Nurse at Regency Pacific Management. This position requires 4–5 days a week, evening shift.

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, medication administration, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations.

• Possess a current registered nurse license in good standing.
• Typical candidates have 1 year of providing supervision in healthcare; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
