Per Diem Clinical Research Nurse - Home Visits

Science 37’s Nursing Solutions Group brings together expert nurses to develop, implement, and support mobile clinical nurse services for participants in clinical trials. The Mobile Research Nurse will deliver direct patient care in participants’ homes and collaborate with site-based teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality clinical trial execution.

• Provide research nurse services to eligible study participants at their homes.
• Apply clinical research and nursing expertise to solve complex care challenges.
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses for solutioning, education, and resource support.
• Participate in activities that further the operational development of Science 37 nursing service delivery.
• Develop relationships with study team members and serve as subject‑matter expert (SME) on all nursing processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet evolving scientific and operational needs.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in any home state and eligibility for Compact Licensure.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical or research nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Full COVID‑19 vaccination strongly preferred; follows CDC guidelines.
• Active driver’s license and reliable vehicle for participant visits.
• Availability to work 1‑2 days per week, including weekday and night hours, and willingness to travel to participants’ homes.

• Adaptability to decentralized model of care delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Physical ability to perform nursing tasks and lift equipment up to 15 kg.
• Technological proficiency for data entry and participant assessments using laptops, tablets, and other equipment.
• Up to 100% travel required; occasional trips to New York City may be needed.
• Ability to obtain nursing licenses in multiple states as study requirements evolve.

Hourly rate of $50‑55 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and commissions. Minimal supervision with reporting to the Manager, Nursing Solutions Group.
