Provide care across the full spectrum of pediatrics, including well-child visits, sick visits, chronic disease management, and behavioral health evaluations. Patient- and family-centered approach:
Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support healthy development and long-term wellness for children ages 0-21. Established community practice:

- 120,, depending on experience, with production bonus opportunities
- Full-time, Monday - Friday or 4 days/week

- Flexible scheduling with optional urgent care shifts for additional income and variety
- Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care in an outpatient setting serving patients from birth through age 21
- Perform well-child exams, immunizations, developmental screenings, acute care visits, and chronic condition management
- Collaborate with physicians and care team members while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision-making
- Optional participation in pediatric urgent care coverage for additional clinical variety and compensation
- Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Comfortable managing a broad range of pediatric primary care conditions
