This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented nurse who enjoys coordinating care, building relationships with residents and families, and serving as a key member of the interdisciplinary team.

- Complete admission assessments and clinical evaluations for incoming residents
- Coordinate admissions to ensure a smooth transition into the facility
- Review hospital records, physician orders, medications, and care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
- Educate residents and families regarding admission procedures and care expectations
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance throughout the admission process
- Current RN license in Washington State or NLC eligible
- Previous nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass employment screenings
