American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift rehabilitation hospital role requiring at least 1 year of experience and a WA or compact RN license.

• Medical Surgical unit within a rehabilitation hospital setting
• Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (19:00-7:00)
• Patient ratios of 1:6-8
• Weekend work required, at minimum every other weekend
• Floating between units required
• No on-call requirements
• Uses Epic charting system
• 48-hour work weeks approved

• Active WA or compact RN license required in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years

• Facility is a teaching hospital with 91 staffed beds
• Scrubs of any color accepted on all units
• Free parking available
• Travelers may be required to float between sister facilities near the contracted location
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All RTO requests must be submitted up front; post-offer RTO requests may not be accommodated
• Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 3-month waiting period, provided they reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Local candidates accepted at a lower bill rate within a 50-mile radius
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
