- Work with sales agents to guide clients to suitable homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients and sales agents
- Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
- Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, Hangout, and Partner Calls
- People-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to spend significant time driving
- Analyze client needs and match them to homes
- Learning mindset and ambition to succeed
- High school diploma
- Valid WA real estate license (license required to join, not to apply)
