Waitstaff

Overview

We are seeking engaging and enthusiastic waitstaff to join our team at our full-service restaurant. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus

• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 for Cocktail Servers).
• Excellent physical coordination. Attention to detail.
• Courteous and Guest First attitude. Team player.
• High energy level; stamina; handles pressure well.
• Dependable and reliable. Flexible schedule, when necessary.
• Personal cleanliness.
• Excellent verbal communication. Able to speak, read, and understand English. Able to perform simple mathematical calculations and handle money.

• Able to move throughout all areas of the restaurant.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds on a tray. Good sense of balance.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs.
• Stamina; able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for several hours at a time.
