Crow's Bench restaurant is centered around farm to table alpine cuisine. Where we make our food from scratch. If you have a passion for global cuisine and a love for learning, this is the job for you. You will be responsible for food preparation, presentation and keeping a clean kitchen.
Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:- Prepares a variety of breads and desserts for the Crows Bench restaurant
- Ensures all prep is done according to recipes and portion standards. Work in close liaison with chef and sous chef.
- Cooking and Assembling Dishes - Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Assembles dishes with attention to presentation and quality.
- Maintains a clean and organized workstation.
- Follows sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment.
- Responsible for inventory and stock management by assisting in receiving and storing deliveries and alerting leadership when inventory stock is low.
- Must be willing to work with both the Back of House and Front of House teams.

Skills:
License/Certifications - Idaho Food Safety Certification
Technical - None
Physical Capabilities - Able to stand/walk for whole shift, lift up to 50 lbs
Additional - Worksite is 100% inside and you will be exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards. All sensory skills needed. There is a possibility of outdoor work during summer. Operating outdoor grill.
Education/RelatedExperience:
Minimum education required - English reading and writing plus basic math
Minimum time in related position - Some Restaurant kitchen and Pastry/Bakery experience required
Equipment and Safety/Protective Equipment Used:Non-Slip shoes required, Pants Required, Personal knives are encouraged.
