We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at a full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Interact with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings

• Proven experience as a bartender in a full‑service restaurant or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point‑of‑sale system
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Required:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent physical coordination and manual dexterity. Attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Courteous and Guest First attitude. Team player.
• High energy level; stamina; handles pressure well.
• Dependable and reliable. Flexible schedule, when necessary.
• Personal cleanliness.
• Able to read and write in English. Able to perform mathematical calculations and handle money.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 25 pounds. Good sense of balance.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs, reach, kneel and bend
• Stamina; able to stand and exert fast‑paced mobility for several hours at a time.
