We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team at a full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen
• Assist in the organization of kitchen supplies and equipment
• Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils in a timely manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

• Physical Requirements: Stamina; able to stand for long periods of time. Able to climb ladders and stairs. Able to lift up to 25 pounds or more on a regular basis. Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise.
