Fieldhouse Pizza & Pub North is currently hiring a part time dough production position. Weekends are mandatory.

Fieldhouse Pizza & Pub has two locally owned locations. One is on the north side of Spokane and the other is in Liberty Lake.

Fieldhouse Pizza & Pub features house-made pizza dough and a fresh salad bar. We offer unique and well-loved pizza combinations to share whenever. We think whenever should be always!

• Pay range for position: $18 to $22 per hour - DOE

• Follow all policies and procedures
• On time and attend all meetings
• Ensure that all food products and menu items meet company recipe specifications for preparation and quality
• Ensure proper packing, organization and preparation of skins for delivery
• Complete all assigned opening, running, closing duties and side work
• Maintain cleanliness
• Ensure sanitation and food safety procedures, regulations and laws are strictly followed
• Ensure a safe working environment to reduce the risk of incident, injury and food handling related issues

• Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC).
• Two (2) years previous dough production/baking experience in a professional and fast paced environment preferred
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Familiar with kitchen equipment and appliances
• Strong work ethic, reliable, aware of the details
• Team player with a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift 80+ pounds
