• Create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and teammates.
• Prepare merchandise for sale by sorting, tagging, rolling, and pricing items.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory management and room fulfillment.
• Participate in store opening/closing procedures.

• Entry‑level; eligible for full‑time or part‑time schedule.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills for pricing and cash transactions.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 30 lbs (if required).
• Unrestricted access to the SKA House (for hourly employees).
