The Sales Associate is an Entry Level Position, and is responsible for providing positive frontline contact with the customer, determining and meeting customer needs, providing customer assistance and support, and ensuring customer’s experience is positive. Associate will also provide excellent communication to translate customer needs into solutions. This position also exercises the appropriate level of persuasiveness needed to close the sales!
