Support store operations by processing merchandise and customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping keep selling floors and stockrooms organized. The role requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill, prepare, and ship customer orders according to quality and handling standards.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
• Maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Support store needs such as special events, markdowns, backroom organization, and fixture relocations.

• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort using technology and computer applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to remain in continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
