The General Store, a beloved establishment since 1946, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Person-in-charge to join our team. As the heart of our store, you will oversee operations and ensure a delightful shopping experience for our customers. By working with us, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable leadership skills and be part of a loving and enthusiastic team.
Responsibilities:- Manage daily front end - cashier store operations
- Supervise and support store staff
- Maintain inventory levels
- Implement store policies and procedures
- Assist in opening or closing store procedures.
- High school degree or equivalent
- Availability for weekday and weekend shifts with flexible availability.
- Retail supervisory frontend, cash handling experience required.
- Paid time off
- Paid training
- $17.75 rate per hour.
