In this role, youll manage a trusted portfolio of clients while developing new relationships through collaboration, creativity, and genuine in-person engagement. Whatyou'll do
- Marketing & Sales:
Drive results for local businesses by selling multi-platform advertising solutions including Digital (SEO, SEM, Email, Targeted Display, and Social Media), Print, and Events. Youll uncover client goals, craft smart marketing strategies, and deliver campaigns that help their businesses grow. - Client Partnerships:
Build lasting relationships with your clients by understanding their needs and delivering measurable results. Stay connected through regular check-ins, campaign updates, and proactive recommendations to ensure every partnership feels like a win-win. - Prospecting & Growth:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and creative lead generation. Youll keep your sales pipeline full and your community connections strong, using both in-person and digital tools to grow your client base. - Presentation & Negotiation:
Deliver dynamic presentations that highlight the value of our media solutions. Confidently negotiate and close deals while helping clients understand how our products drive their success. - Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work together with our marketing, creative, and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life. Youll analyze performance, share insights, and continuously optimize for even better results.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent and demonstrated work experience. Preferred concentration in advertising or digital marketing.
- Two or more years of active experience in advertising and/or digital marketing is desired.
- Ability to perform in a cross-functional, self-directed team environment.
- Ability to function under varying degrees of pressure.
- Ability to assume a leadership role with the customer and team.
- Must be a creative thinker and problem solver.
- Ability to meet with customers in the field, face to face, and virtually.
- Regular attendance is a condition of employment.
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
- Intermediate level using Microsoft Office Products, including Word for Windows, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Intermediate level using virtual meeting platforms such as Teams or Zoom.
