Outside Sales Representative – Flooring Solutions

The Outside Sales Representative (Flooring Solutions) will generate profitable business for the flooring equipment line, develop the assigned territory, implement sales plans to grow existing business, and help build the national Sunbelt brand.

• Develop and manage a territory to generate new and repeat business for flooring solutions equipment.
• Implement sales plans and strategies to grow business while maintaining current accounts.
• Build and enhance the national Sunbelt brand identity within the assigned territory.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface prep and polishing.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience.
• Solution‑selling approach and strong technical background to learn engineering concepts.
• Project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job.

Base Pay Range: $40,000.00 – $62,965.00. The total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. The starting rate may vary based on location, education, training, and experience.
