What You’ll Do- Get Licensed – Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (we provide guidance and support).
- Meet with Clients – Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options.
- Present Tailored Solutions – Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups.
- Close Sales & Earn Big – Guide clients through the application process and celebrate each win.
- Build Long‑Term Relationships – Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service, with regular follow‑ups.
- Stay Informed – Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
- Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- No experience required – we’ll help you get licensed.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (for in‑person meetings).
- High commission structure with monthly bonuses.
