The Home Services division specializes in installed home improvement products, including siding, doors, roofing, kitchen remodels, cabinet refacing, bathroom remodeling, and heating and air systems.

As a Home Solutions Advisor (HSA), you will work in our local Sears store. Your main responsibility is to approach members and customers, offering them the opportunity to schedule free, no-obligation estimates for home improvement products. There will also be opportunities to attend trade shows to generate leads.

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Some persuasive and selling skills
• Self-motivated with goal focus and discipline
• Positive attitude
• Legible handwriting
• Good verbal communication skills
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Compensation:

• $10.50/hour base plus bonus (average earnings $14-$16)
• Part-time benefits available
