• Support agency business owners in understanding and connecting corporate strategic plans to their practices and results
• Coach and advise agency business owners on sales results and execution of the state sales plan
• Assist agency business owners in understanding the overall profit of the district while respecting their autonomy
• Monitor and manage the execution of company initiatives for individual agency business owners
• Build strong relationships with agency business owners and staff, ensuring their needs are prioritized

• Must have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance products:
  Property and Casualty, Life
• Valid driver's license required with an acceptable driving record
• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions and support
• Prior management experience or experience leading project teams
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and reporting

• Previous agency experience or experience influencing agency owners in the field
• Candidate should reside in the district (Seattle area)
