The Beauty Stylist drives sales across beauty brands through product demonstrations, artistry, and personalized service. This role builds lasting customer relationships and supports both in-store and digital selling.
Responsibilities- Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Conduct service consultations to understand customers' preferences and needs.
- Follow up with customers, recommend products, invite them to events, and grow appointment-based sales.
- Create store events, network in the community, and maintain vendor relationships.
- At least 1 year of beauty industry experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing and moving for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
