Senior District Manager, Neuroscience, leading sales strategy and execution in the Pacific Northwest (Spokane and Boise).
Responsibilities:- translate enterprise and regional priorities into district plans
- drive demand generation
- develop and coach high-performing sales teams
- foster cross-functional partnerships

- Bachelor's degree required;
- MS/MBA/PhD preferred;
- minimum 8 years in pharma, biotech, or healthcare sales or related roles;
- at least 2 years in direct sales management;
- strong leadership, coaching, strategic thinking, and data analysis skills.
- Neuroscience therapeutic area
- complex diseases like MS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, psychiatric disorders
- large account management, healthcare system navigation, and reimbursement experience
- emphasis on change management, enterprise influence, and AI technology adoption.
- hybrid, with up to 50% travel within the territory.
