The Role:As an In-Store and Event Lead Generator, you'll be efficiently trained to be the face of Re-Bath, captivating potential customers and empowering associates with your product knowledge and brand expertise. Thrive in a diverse environment, working within home improvement stores and at special events throughout the region.
What You'll Do:- Generate high-quality leads and schedule appointments for our in-home Design Consultants
- Set up eye-catching displays and engage visitors with your magnetic personality
- Provide basic product and service information to prospective customers
- Conduct knowledge-sharing activities for home improvement associates
- Collaborate with store teams to enhance their lead generation and customer engagement skills
- A strong aptitude for lead generation, field marketing, in-store demo, event promotions.
- Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building abilities
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, professional demeanor
- Must be available weekends
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius
- Base pay range ($20-22/HR), depending on experience
- Uncapped bonus potential
- Part time, 20-25 hours/week, including weekends and some holidays
