Inside Sales Representative

Summary
Atlas Staffing is hiring two Phone Sales Representatives for a Spokane Valley manufacturer that sells directly to consumers nationwide. You will turn warm, interested leads into completed orders, with a base wage plus daily and monthly bonuses.

Role Purpose
Our client already generates a steady flow of customers who have visited their website and shared their contact information. Your job is to reach them quickly, build rapport, and close the sale. A dedicated sales CRM organizes your leads, callbacks, and text follow-ups, so you spend your day selling.

• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to new and returning prospects
• Contact new leads quickly while their interest is highest
• Follow the assigned call and text cadence in the CRM
• Text prospects using approved photos, short videos, links, and sales materials
• Recommend products based on what each customer needs
• Present features, pricing, promotions, and options, then ask for the sale
• Handle objections and guide customers through checkout
• Upsell and cross-sell to raise average order value
• Re-engage past customers when new sales opportunities come up
• Complete scheduled callbacks and follow-ups on time
• Keep accurate customer notes in the CRM
• Track your results and work toward individual and team sales goals

• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday
• Strong communication, listening, and follow-up habits
• Comfortable working in a CRM and learning new software quickly
• Competitive, persistent, and able to bounce back from a “no”
• Able to work independently toward measurable goals
• Saturday availability required

• Base wage: $20.00-$20.00 per hour
• Commission earning opportunity which is performance-based and not guaranteed.

• Training:
  Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• After training:
  Full-time, 8-hour day shifts with start times between 7:00am and 9:00am
• Schedule options:
  Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
