We're partnering with an established, growing organization in the food service industry to identify a driven outside sales professional in multiple territories throughout Washington State.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, developing lasting customer relationships, and building a territory with significant long-term earning potential.
You'll have the ability to take ownership of your market, work with a broad range of customers, and build a recurring book of business that rewards your success.
What You'll Be Doing- Identify, prospect, and close new business throughout your assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with restaurants, hospitality operators, and other food service businesses.
- Grow revenue through a combination of new account acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships.
- Take a consultative approach to selling, helping customers improve their operations and profitability.
- Build and execute a territory sales strategy focused on consistent revenue and profit growth.
- Leverage sales tools, customer insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and strengthen account relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive outstanding service and support.
- Manage your pipeline, customer activity, and territory performance to consistently achieve sales objectives.
- Proven success in outside sales, territory development, or business-to-business sales.
- Experience selling into restaurants, hospitality, food service distribution, or related industries strongly preferred.
- A hunter mentality with the confidence to prospect, cold call, and close new business.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of results.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, technology, and sales data.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Starting Annual Compensation: $65,000–$120,000, depending on experience.
