Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Handyman with strong drywall experience to perform general maintenance, home repairs, and patch/finish tasks. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality workmanship, communicates well with clients, and handles a variety of property maintenance needs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional drywall patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texture matching.
• Complete basic home repairs, including minor plumbing, light electrical updates, and carpentry.
• Inspect work areas, prep surfaces, and protect surrounding furnishings before starting jobs.
• Maintain clean job sites, adhere to safety guidelines, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman, with at least 2–3 years focused on drywall repair and finishing.
• Proficient with standard hand and power tools required for general trades and drywall work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strict attention to detail in finishing work.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to lift heavy materials.
